Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, some products like opened cosmetics, personal care items, or worn jewelry may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or opened cosmetics and beauty products
• Personal care and hygiene items
• Undergarments or innerwear (if applicable)
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at info@varabelle.com or call +254798768806 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
3. Once approved, return the item to our office at Highway Towers, Basement Floor, Kenyatta Avenue, Nakuru.

Return shipping / delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

1. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on your preference.
3. Shipping / delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the process.
